Are you having a hard time reaching your goals, making your healthy habits stick, or getting your dream body?
Then you’re probably not asking yourself this one key question.
Tell me if this sounds familiar:
You know you’re ready to make a change. You tell yourself this time it’s going to be different.
You make a goal. Something like lose 10 pounds. No, 15. You can see it, feel it, taste it.
You start making progress, and you’re feeling good,… like maybe this time things will be different.
Then all of a sudden you’re party and get passed a beer (or glass of wine), then some dip, then the bread, another cocktail… and before you know it you’re feeling guilty, stuffed, and wanting to go home as soon as possible to put on your comfy pants.
I know from personal experience just how frustrating this is.
So why do we keep doing it?
One reason is that we completely skip over asking ourselves this absolutely CRITICAL question.
Are you making this all-to-common (but easily fixable) mistake?
In the video below I’m going to share with you a quick trick to turn this destructive habit around so that you feel more in control of your choices, more empowered and inspired to see them through, and, most importantly aware of why you go off track in the first place.

I’d love to hear from you. Does this resonate with you? In the comments below, tell us: what’s your “what”? What’s your “why”?
I love this. It’s such a simple twist but it’s the difference a tiny twist of lemon makes in a bowl of soup: All the difference in the world.
I want to finish losing weight and focus on eating healthful foods. Why? Because my best self deserve whole, healing, delicious foods. And I am madly in love with my best self.
Love this Krissy! Very deep.
Thanks for your comment Ana! And curious about your “why” for making positive decisions for yourself, your relationships, and the world. Xoxo
