I also want to take a moment to thank you for being part of this community. It means the world to me to be able to share my journey and favorite recipes and lifestyle tips with you.
Over the past couple years I’ve been blown away by the outpouring of support from clients, family and friends around my own personal transformation and my desire to share this with other women who want to live life as the highest version of themselves.
I honestly can’t believe that I get to do this work in the world, when only a few years ago I was in the midst of what I thought would be a never-ending struggle with food and my body.
It means so much to me to see people respond so positivity to this new way of doing things because I know that deep down it means you believe in possibility too. It means that we are not alone in wanting our heart’s longing to come to light. And that maybe… just maybe… we don’t have to struggle so hard to get what it is we truly want.
I believe that when we work hard for our dreams in service to the greater good, that something magic truly does happen: we become the person we were always meant to be.
This is my wish for you.
