How much time should I expect to spend on AFE each week?
AFE is designed to help you simplify your business, not give you another full-time job. Rather than handing you an endless library of videos to watch or list of things you could be doing, I’ll help you focus on the actions that matter most at your current stage and implement them step by step. The goal isn’t to do everything. You'll learn how to build the right things in the right order and start repeating what works. The trainings are 10-60 minutes in length, implementation could take up to 1-3 hours a week, office hours are 60-90 minutes weekly (these are optional).
