Hi Krissy, thanks for this video. My resistance can throw me into inertia. I want to sit down and relax and think about it rather than taking action. I love the thought of loving and befriending that part of me, and moving forward feeling effective and proud of myself!
Ah love it! I’m curious what comes through as you befriend your resistance in the coming weeks. Often when we work WITH it and not AGAINST it things begin to shift naturally. For example you might feel into allowing yourself to sit and think about and journal on your decision for 30 minutes and honoring that this is part of your process. When you notice it going on for days or weeks or months you can say “AH! here is resistance” and take ACTION rather than thinking about it longer than what is truly helpful. Here’s the deal: you cannot THINK your way into clarity. A powerful mantra for you to use is this: “clarity comes through action” so ask yourself – what small step can I take to get the answer i need to more forward? How can I turn this insight into ACTION? with love, Krissy
