Fill out the Primary Foods Wheel:
- Place a dot in each section to represent how fulfilled you feel in each area. Place your dot toward the outer edge of the circle if this area feels full (aka couldn’t get any better, it’s amazing) or toward the center/skinny part part of the pie piece if you feel it’s lacking or could be improved.
- Next, connect the dots. You might get a full circle (this is the direction we want to move in), but chances are it’s going to look more like a many pointed star. Some areas full, some deficient.
