“Crowding out” is a proven habit change technique that allows you to bridge the gap between “all or nothing” thinking, which is your one-way ticket off the crazy train of dieting and binging.
It’s a powerful first step in breaking free.
You might be saying “what’s the deal with this habit change stuff? Where do you tell me I need to cut out all sugar, dairy, carbs, and wine and make me eat bird-sized portions?”
Here’s the deal: when you get your mindset and habits right, you’ll NATURALLY start craving the things that make you feel amazing, and the unhealthy habits fall away.
It’s kind of magic.
But if you’re wondering where to start on what to eat, here’s what to do next…
Write down what foods GIVE YOU ENERGY… AKA what do you really enjoy that also make you feel incredible before, during and AFTER you eat it?
Example: I love me a big salad from Whole Foods, chicken salad is my jam. When I eat fish and greens for dinner I wake up feeling like Heidi Klum.
With this in mind, what would you be eating on a regular basis that would GIVE you energy and make you feel light and fit instead of heavy and drained?
Example: I would have eggs over the breakfast burrito, a big salad for lunch, and for dinner chicken and veggies with some sort of amazing sauce. Wine… not the whole bottle though. Just a glass or two at dinner.
See?!
You just saved yourself a few hundred bucks on a nutritionist and are 85% of the way there.

Life gets busy, we travel, we go to dinner parties and barbecues, we get stressed, we eat the sugar, we binge eat the Stacy’s pita chips.
We need more than a list of “good” and “bad” foods, we need tools that help us navigate eating in this crazy world we live in.
If the “HOW” has you tripped up stay tuned for video three. I have something I’m sharing that will change your life.
