PRIVATE 90-MINUTE BODY BREAKTHROUGH SESSION
In our 90-minute one-on-one session we will clarify your goals, uncover what is getting in the way of you meeting them, and design a specific action plan for you to take as soon as we finish our call. You’ll leave our call with a sense of confidence about exactly what to eat to and how to focus your energy so you can start to slim down and live it up right off the bat.
