7 Easy Ways to Elevate Your Meals:

Top salads, bowls, and plates with toasted seeds or nuts

Add fresh herbs like cilantro, basil, mint, oregano, or chives.

Top with edible flowers like calendula, pansies, violets, or nasturtium flowers for a spicy kick, for more fragrant, feminine flowers try rose petals or lavender.

Make your own simple and super impressive Brighteners like my girl Tamar Adler shares.

Get fleeky with your knife skills, start with a simple chiffonade and work up to these guys 😉

Keep the meal basic and add a killer dressing or sauce.

Arrange your meal thoughtfully on a beautiful plate and garnish with any of the above or your own creative flair!
