The Marketing Manager role at Krissy Leonard Inc. is meant for someone who loves taking an idea and running with it, who has an eye for detail and good branding, thrives off of making others feel loved, supported and unstoppable, has a passion for online marketing, enjoys a healthy lifestyle, love aesthetics, and is energized by the idea of motivating and supporting women to make positive change.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Working with Krissy to brainstorm content ideas for The Aligned Female Entrepreneur Podcast and social posts
-Designing a highly efficient and fun workflow to create consistent content in a timely manner
-Overseeing the delegation of tasks to other members of the team to get content created and ready to post
-Repurposing content into reels, educational carousels, inspirational imagery, stories, and other high-value content.
-Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube channels
-Monitor Facebook community and DMs and get back to people in a timely and heart-felt manner
-Tracking, reporting on, and influencing engagement and analytics
-Booking Krissy on Podcasts, creating podcast guest workflow
-Manage email marketing, editing, and distribution
-Meeting and surpassing KPIs set for audience growth, engagement, and conversions to paying clients.
PRIMARY GOALS for 2023:
-Build Instagram following to 11k+
-Creating Facebook group and scale to 1k+
-Growing and monetizing the Aligned Female Entrepreneur Podcast
-Increase opt-ins to email newsletter, grow to 10k, and create nurture sequences for email subscribers
ADDITIONAL SKILLS DESIRED:
