Session 2: February 19th – What to eat: a personalized and intuitive approach to food
Session 3: February 26th – “Turn ons” for igniting your metabolism, stoking your digestive fire, and balancing your weight without giving up chocolate, bread, or wine.
Session 4: March 5th – What are you hungry for? A new perspective on nourishment that will help you conquer your cravings once and for all.
Session 5: March 12th – Integration and adventure week (no in-person meeting)
Session 6: March 19th – The magic tool for total transformation (plus a special surprise)
