What does it really take to grow a healing business with longevity, clarity, and ease?
That’s the conversation we dive into this week on The Aligned Female Entrepreneur with Vermont’s own Sasha Quattrocci — massage therapist, yoga teacher, and co-founder of Home Body Massage + Yoga in Burlington, Vermont.
If you’ve ever visited their space, you know it’s more than a massage studio. Sasha and her husband Cody have created a movement — a place where people come to regulate their nervous systems, restore their energy, and come home to their bodies.
Before the Transformation
When Sasha arrived at my annual Visioning Workshop, Home Body had already achieved major milestones, including consistently high cash months. But she felt she had reached the edge of what she could do alone.
She was ambitious and motivated… but also exhausted.
As she stepped into the visioning process, something shifted. Within three months, she and Cody hit their first 15k month. Almost everything she had written down came true far sooner than expected — a new home, expanded capacity, and a sense that things were finally opening.
That’s when she knew it was time to step into deeper mentorship.
Stepping Into Leadership
Inside mentorship, the transformation happened on multiple levels:
Mindset.
Sasha began to trust her ability to grow sustainably — not by hustling more, but by becoming more aligned.
Messaging.
She and Cody unlocked the deeper thread that tied all their work together: helping people come home to their bodies through nervous system–led healing.
This made marketing feel natural instead of forced.
Sales.
Sasha learned to use her clients’ exact words in her messaging — a shift that made selling feel like service, not pressure.
Systems.
They streamlined booking, created clearer sales pages, and prepared to launch their signature program, Regulate + Restore.
Raising Her Rates — and Being Celebrated for It
Like many bodyworkers, Sasha feared raising her prices. But after aligning her messaging and reconnecting to the value of her work, she made the shift with confidence.
The response?
Her clients congratulated her, cheered her on, and told her they were proud of her.
She didn’t lose clients — she gained capacity, clarity, and recognition for her expertise.
Creating Sustainable Income for Bodyworkers
One of Sasha’s biggest breakthroughs was realizing she could serve people far beyond her table. Through course creation and deeper education, she built offerings that:
- support her clients’ healing on and off the table
• reduce burnout
• create new revenue streams
• amplify her impact
The Heart of It All: Coming Home to Your Body
Sasha’s story is a powerful reminder that sustainable success doesn’t come from pushing harder — it comes from reconnecting to your body, your nervous system, and your truth.
When you lead from alignment, everything else becomes easier: marketing, sales, creativity, and growth.
